This is the modified Brompton factory 2/6-speed chain tensioner for use with 10T or 11T sprocket in 3, 4, or even higher speeds set ups.
The back side of the base plate is trimmed to allow for chain routing. This modficiation is performed on a new Brompton 2/6 speed tensioner, after receiving the order - and may require a lead time of up to 3 days.
If you already have a 2/6-speed chain tensioner, you are encouraged to modify your own based on the photos. If you have questions, please feel free to ask.
