This is a custom front hub made for us by Chosen, a well-known hub maker in the industry. This hub utilizes large bearings and thicker flanges. With widely spaced flanges, this hub will build into a strong wheel.
This is the strongest front hub in our line up, and is the only 28H hub recommended for radial lacing. It is slightly heavier than our other front hubs, but is still much lighter than the original equipment. For customers who value durability and longevity above all other attributes, this hub would be the choice.
Chosen produces for a large number of hub brands, but itself is less known to consumers. Still not confident? Well, Chosen also supplies Brompton.
